Congrats, not only did you miss all of the points of the story (appreciation of the changing tech of typography, historical voyage to early versions of Windows and Mac OS, fun font trivia, the pros and cons of backwards compatibility), but also demonstrated you’re so self-centered you will assume if you get something, there’s no point in explaining it to anyone else — including people who might just be starting with CSS and/or web typography.
